Cancellation Policy
As a consideration to our Stylists the salon requires 24 hour notice for all cancellations. All no shows will be charged 50% of the missed appointment to their account. Thank you for understanding!
Service Guarantee
It is really important to us that you love your hair! If you are not totally in love with the work that has been done, please call us within the week of your appointment, we will make it right. Color services can not be guaranteed without the use of the products that we use at our salon.
